There will be no guided meditations led by Monica during this class or included with your purchase. This class is meant to empower you with the knowledge and tips to establish your own personal meditation routine and you may use these suggestions to help you in your own private meditation practice after taking the class.

You may not record the class from your own devices, however, you are more than welcome (and are encouraged) to take notes during the class that you can refer back to later on.
