If you haven't yet received this email, please check your spam/junk folder. If it's still not showing up after checking your spam folder, scroll down on this page until you see the link that says "Click here for help" and follow the instructions for resending your e-ticket order confirmation email (which now includes a copy of the email that was sent out on Monday, May 8, 2023). If nothing comes through after following those steps, then it means you most likely made a typo in your email address when placing your order. What You Need to Know Before Placing Your Order:
There is NO call-in or audio-only option for attending this event. All attendees are required to keep their video TURNED ON and must be visibly present (with decent lighting so we can see you and any other ticket holders associated with your order) for the entire duration of the Zoom Meeting, with exception of the 15-minute intermission which will take place about halfway through the event. Though your video must be kept on, your microphone will remain muted for the entire event unless Spirit ends up coming through with messages for you, in which case Monica may unmute you or ask you to unmute yourself.
Each person watching / attending this Zoom event must have their own individual ticket. Just as with Monica's in-person events, purchasing a ticket DOES NOT guarantee a reading.
For those purchasing multiple tickets: the multi-ticket discount is only valid with the purchase of two or more tickets under a single order / transaction and cannot be applied after you've completed your order. If you would like the option to join from different devices or locations, then you must purchase each ticket via a separate order (but in that case, you will not receive the multi-ticket discount, even if you and your fellow ticket holders do end up attending from the same room/device on the day of the event).
All ticket sales are non-refundable and are non-transferable to any other event. Please ensure you're purchasing tickets for the correct date/time and check your order for accuracy prior to checking out. You must also use a valid email address for your order and be on the lookout for an email from the MTM Team 48-72 hours prior to the event with the Zoom Meeting ID, passcode, and check-in instructions that you'll need to follow in order to gain entry into this online event (if for any reason you do not see the email in your inbox 48-72 hours prior to the event, be sure to check your spam/junk folder).
